County Work Hours

Could more county offices move to 4/10s instead of 5/8s, would it help save money for the county? Improve productivity? Has this been looked at beyond the engineer’s office? This would free up more county citizens for one more day per week where they can be active volunteers in our community for schools, nursing homes, with their neighbors. It can also increase the hours our parks can be used, fishing licenses can be used, more hunting, more recreational time, more time with their families, etc.
